Carlos Diaz

Carlos has taken the energy, leadership, creative vision and the uncanny ability to execute what he's gained from a decade in Internet entrepreneurship and strategic management and funneled it into bluekiwi.

Carlos manages bluekiwi's strategy and profitability, finding increasingly unique ways to position the brand and service offerings to businesses. He is leading bluekiwi's international development, with the goal of becoming the leading Enterprise Social Software not just in Europe, but in the global marketplace.

Before co-founding bluekiwi, Carlos was the chief executive at groupe Reflect, a full services digital agency. Clients benefited from his strong understanding of how Web 2.0 tools could benefit their business. Under his leadership, the agency grew quickly, and was able to complete a successful exit strategy to eMakina group in May 2007. During his tenure, one employee aptly referred to Carlos as "a man with an iron hand in a glove of velour."

Carlos has a B.A. and M.A. in Foreign Civilization & Literature from the Université de Limoges.

Christophe Routhieau

Christophe is a co-founder of bluekiwi and as VP Products, focuses on building and improving bluekiwi to become even more of a leader in the Enterprise Social Software space. To do this, he spends his time seeking a better understanding of how people work, learn, and create together—and then applies that knowledge to bluekiwi's software solution to improve the product offering. Christophe works on innovating bluekiwi's set of technologies, social interaction design, and user functionality to adapt to the changing needs of modern enterprises.

Before taking on this challenge, Christophe was a senior consultant at groupe Reflect, advising clients on the best way to use Internet technologies and design to improve both internal and external efficiencies. He cut his teeth in the web communications industry at Maqprint-Alliance, gaining valuable experience in information architecture, content management, and usability & accessibility. Christophe received his degree at the Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France).

Jean-Michel Vergne

Jean-Michel jumped on board in September 2007 at VP of Professional Services to develop and manage bluekiwi's service offering. As the lead in Strategic and Technical Consulting, Training, and Support, Jean-Michel works directly with clients to ensure their long-term success and satisfaction with bluekiwi services. To that end, he is also dedicated to working out and refining methodologies for this new type of application so that bluekiwi customers always receive the best service.

Before bluekiwi, Jean-Michel honed his skills in enterprise software, human resources management, and product localization. At CCMX, he helped launch a new range of HR management software solutions. When California-based PeopleSoft decided to expand into Europe, Jean-Michel as their first employee hired in France; he helped adapt their product to the local market, worked directly with customers, and the subsidiary grew from a two-person organization to a major player in the HR and ERP arena. Other companies that have benefited from Jean-Michel's commitment and expertise include i2 Technologies, Blue Martini Software, and SaaS provider, Jobpartners.

Jean-Michel has a degree in Economic and Political Science from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris and an M.B.A. from HEC (Ecole des hautes Etudes commerciales).
