Productivity gain by user engagement level

What is engagement level?

User engagement with enterprise social software grows over time as new ways of work are adopted. We assume that after 2 years of deployment, you will have approximately 15% of users that are highly engaged, 25% that are moderately engaged, 40% that are somewhat engaged, and 20% that are not engaged. These are conservative estimates. With greater engagement you can experience higher gains.
