Robert Shaw, Chief Executive Officer
Robert Shaw was appointed CEO of blueKiwi in April 2013, bringing 20 years of experience working with international organisations. Prior to blueKiwi, Robert was Global Program Director of the award winning Atos Zero email™ Program, responsible for deploying blueKiwi across 74,000 employee in 42 countries. Robert was previously responsible for implementing Atos strategic programmes within the UK & Ireland and has also held senior commercial and business transformation roles within Atos. Before joining Atos in 2005, Robert was a consultant at IBM and PwC, having started his business career as a management trainee with Unilever.
Robert’s vision for blueKiwi is clear: He’d like to see blueKiwi’s software positioned at the heart of every customer’s workplace so they can experience the business and social benefits of collaboration and networking. Having been blueKiwi’s biggest client, Robert now has the opportunity to put his experience into action for the benefit of our growing customer base.
Christophe Routhieau, Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder
Christophe Routhieau is the Chief Product Office at blueKiwi. In his role, Christophe leads all product and technology activities and strives to make blueKiwi the enterprise networking software of choice for every company wanting to better engage with their employees, partners, and customers. He is responsible for product innovation and the overall product development lifecycle including product management, QA and Operations. He brings life long engineering experience to the company, and you can often find him engaged in customer and R&D efforts to improve how people work, learn, and create together.
Jean-Michel Vergne, Vice-President of European Operations
Bringing over 23 years of experience to blueKiwi, Jean-Michel Vergne is the senior vice president of worldwide sales and services. Jean-Michel came to blueKiwi as Director of Services in 2007, with the resolve to put the power of Web 2.0 to work in business environments. He was promoted to run sales operations in 2009, and has since been focused on building direct and indirect channels, fulfilling customer needs from a sales and service standpoint while leading a high-performance sales team. Jean-Michel has led sales, marketing and professional services for several world-class IT companies including PeopleSoft, Jobpartners, Blue Martini Software and i2 Technology.
Rafael Décatoire, Vice President of Strategic Alliances
Rafael Décatoire joined the blueKiwi team in 2007 and is responsible for global business development and strategic alliances/OEM partnerships. Attracted to the possibility of introducing the power of social networking in the workplace, Rafael has held other roles including sales and professional services during his tenure. Before coming to blueKiwi, Rafael worked for other high-tech companies, namely Trivium and Jobpartners, as well as spending six years at Gartner Group in France and the United Kingdom. Rafael holds degrees in business from the ICADE Madrid (Spain) and the CESEM (ESC Reims, France).
Alexandre Heimburger, Vice President of Engineering
Alexandre joined blueKiwi in 2007, and now serves as the Vice-President of Engineering. He joined blueKiwi to design its technical architecture, as well as recruit and lead the R&D team. His experience in software management, development and architecture provides a great foundation on which his team of software engineers can keep ideas fresh and innovative for future development. Prior to joining blueKiwi, Alexandre worked as a software engineer at Dassault Systèmes. Intrigued by web technology and the impact they have on organizations, he then joined the FullSIX web agency and managed several different internet development and integration projects. Alexandre holds an engineering degree from the École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs Léonard de Vinci (ESILV) in Paris, France.
Laurent Pantanacce, Head of Customer Success
Laurent was appointed Head of the Customer Success department in September 2013. He joined blueKiwi in 2007 and has held positions as Director of Marketing blueKiwi France and Sales Manager in charge of strategic accounts in particular. He is now in charge of the new Customer Success department, which includes technical support and assistance (functional and technical). Passionate about technology and having been involved in the creation of several start-up companies, Laurent is driven by a real desire to strengthen the relationship between blueKiwi and its customers, as he is confident that they are the key to blueKiwi’s success.
