JL Valente, Chairman & CEO

In January 2011 JL Valente was appointed Chairman and CEO to bring additional enterprise software leadership to the blueKiwi team. His software experience spans 25+ year at the international level in the software industry. Prior to blueKiwi, JL was President and CEO of RiverMuse, an IT Operations software startup and before that executive Chairman of CITTIO, a network & system management software startup. He also led the Americas Operations of InfoVista, and marketing and business development at Viasoft as senior vice president. JL spent also 10 years with CA where he ran marketing for the information management division.

JL’s objectives at blueKiwi are simple but ambitious. Equip every business professional with an enterprise social software account. Beyond the usual growth objectives of any startup, JL is committed to ensuring the success of blueKiwi’s customers and accelerating the adoption of our enterprise social software in the marketplace through careful listening and with intellectual honesty.

Christophe Routhieau, VP Products and Co-founder

Christophe Routhieau is the co-Founder of blueKiwi Software and currently serves as VP Products. In his role Christophe focuses on building and improving blueKiwi. He is focused on bringing blueKiwi to the more of the Enterprise Social Software space. To do this, Christophe spends his time seeking a better understanding of how people work, learn, and create together. He then applies that knowledge to bluekiwi’s software solution to improve the product offering. Christophe works on innovating bluekiwi’s set of technologies, social interaction design, and user functionality to adapt to the changing needs of modern enterprises.

Jean-Michel Vergne, VP European operations

I joined blueKiwi in August 2007 first as Director of Services, intrigued by the idea of putting the power of web 2.0 to work in enterprise environments. Since June 2009, I have run the European Sales Operations, building direct and indirect channels, fulfilling customer needs from a product and service standpoint and leading a high-performance sales team. Over the past 23 years I have worked with several world-class IT companies heading up sales, marketing and professional services. These include PeopleSoft, Jobpartners, Blue Martini Software and i2 Technology among others.

Christine Charlès, CFO

Christine Charlès in the CFO of blueKiwi. She is also in charge of our HR activities. Christine is a graduate of the ESCP/EAP business school and a member of the Société Française des Analystes Financiers. She joined BNP/PARIBAS in 1984 as a Senior Stock Analyst and for 12 years was responsible of the Media, Pharmacy, Paper and Mine sectors.

She then chose to pursue a career in fund management and joined Socapi, the life insurance subsidiary of CREDIT MUTUEL as head of the international fund management. After 4 years, she accepted the position of Head of the Department of Equities Funds at the MEDERIC/FEDERIS pension fund. She then left this position after three years to work on a project for the creation of a financial management company. In October 2006, she joined BANQUE LEONARDO where she was in charge of the European Equity Funds and Employees savings. She joined blueKiwi in July 2009 as a financial consultant and in January 2010 accepted our offer to become the CFO.
