We sell software that helps companies be more social, collaborative, and transparent. So it's no surprise that our company culture is a perfect reflection of those values — we're passionate about ideas, enjoy working together to solve problems and are open about who we are and where we're going. Besides our great company culture, there are other reasons to work at bluekiwi:
- Be part of a leading company, in a high-growth industry. Social software is a rapidly growing and dynamic market, and bluekiwi is leading the way. It might be "lonely at the top," but that's a risk we're willing to take.
- Make a direct impact on success. At bluekiwi, in whatever role you are in, you'll have the opportunity to really make a difference in the direction of the company. Whether it's helping expand into new markets or improving our existing customer experience, you'll be able to trace your contributions.
- Have confidence in the leadership. In such a fast-changing environment, it's important to trust the ones leading you into the new frontier. At bluekiwi, our management team has decades of experience in relevant industries, with a long record of success and achievement.
- Golden treatment. We take care of our employees. We make decisions that include and benefit everyone, from the flexible work schedule to the fresh espresso in the office kitchen. You can even choose a Mac or iPhone as your standard "corporate issue" equipment.
