Solution
Fifty percent of SO'xperts’ customers have deployed the blueKiwi enterprise social network. New customers are offered blueKiwi at the start of new engagements. Customers use blueKiwi as they wish with their own groups and their own subjects.Groups are created according to customer and are organized:
- By marketing projects (product launch, marketing/communications, budgets)
- By communities, internal or external (top management, marketing / communications, product marketing, agencies, customers of the customers)
In order to monitor multiple clients at once and gain an overview of main topics of conversation, SO'xperts created a summary scoreboard which includes all relevant RSS feeds.
