bluekiwi offers all of our valued customers the option of choosing one of three levels of support services:
- Standard — Includes minor and major upgrades, online help (tutorials & forums) and online issues regarding registration and monitoring tools.
- Premium — All standard level support services, plus the guarantees provided in a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and a 4-hour call back promise.
- Gold — All standard and premium level support services, plus a 30-minute call back guarantee and a Level 1 support center for end users.
