We offer both functional and technical certification programs. The functional certification program focuses on using blueKiwi in the most effective way, and the technical certification program focuses on technical implementation and infrastructure.


 

Consulting Certification : 5 days per year Technical Certification : 3 days per year

Who should attend ?
Functional consultants, Project managers

2 days of initial training :

  • Identify and understand the usage scenarios for blueKiwi
  • Understand blueKiwi end user and admin features
  • Identify and define a community : perimeter, key  members, detailed needs
  • Animate and develop  a community within blueKiwi

1 day of additional training per quarter

  • Updates on new product features and capabilities
  • New clients return on experience

Who should attend ?
Technical consultants, Technical project managers

2 days of initial training :

  • blueKiwi technical architecture
  • blueKiwi interfaces and integration with existing IT systems
  • How to customise the user interface
  • How to customise the individual profile
  • How to customise the publication features

1 day of additional training during the year
